SEPC stands for Services Export Promotion Council. It basically aims at bringing the maximum foreign exchange currency in India for the betterment of an Indian economy. The validity of the SEPC certificate is one year from the date of issue. The date of issue is generally 31st March of every year. The department has been instrumental in promoting the interest and monetary gains of the exporters’ community.

- Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA
- Self attested PAN card and address proof( Aadhar card, voter ID card, passport) of director, partner and proprietor
- Two photographs of all the directors
- Cancelled cheque by Authorised signatory
- NOC from the owner of property on rupees 10 stamp paper and notarized as well.
- Electricity or water bill not older than 2 months.
- Rent agreement.
Copy of GST certificate.
There is a certain procedure that has to be followed in order to be registered under the Service Export Promotion Council.
Create login credentials at Service Export website.
Put it the company details along with nature of services.
Put in Director KYC details.
Once the form has been completed and make the payment from Bank.
Submit the form online.
Department issues the certificate of SEPC after verification of the documents.
All those service providers that comply with the government rules and guidelines are eligible for this scheme. They have to make sure that they have a minimum turnover of $15000 in case of a company and a turnover of $10,000 in case of a proprietary firm.
No. Only those goods or services are eligible under this scheme which is notified by the department. All those goods and services which are not in the list will not be considered under this benefit.
No. The licence is valid for only one year starting from the 31st March. In other words, you may say that the licence is valid for one financial year only.
You have to avail the benefits within the same financial year in which you have applied for the registration.
The licence is issued on your billing address. Therefore, it depends on the number of billing addresses you have mentioned in your application.
