Some of the key provisions of this law are mentioned below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Key definitions has been mentioned under <strong>section 2<\/strong> of the law&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register and the various important conditions for the registration has been mentioned under <strong>section 3 to section 17<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Section 8<\/strong> of the law talks about the application for registration and <strong>section 19<\/strong> gives idea about the withdrawal of acceptance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertisement of application given under <strong>section 20<\/strong> of the law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opposition to registration and correction and amendment are given under <strong>section 21 and section 22 <\/strong>respectively&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Section 23<\/strong> is a very important section of the law as it talks about the trademark registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Section 25 <\/strong>is regarding the duration, renewal, removal and restoration of registration of the trademark&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Section 46 to section 56<\/strong> are having the provisions that talks about the uses of trademark and the registered users&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provisions related to the certification of the trademarks is mentioned from <strong>section 69 to section 78<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meaning of Trademark<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Protecting properties involves safeguarding tangible assets and, crucially, intangible ones, where trademarks fall.
